I applied online. I interviewed at International Republican Institute (Washington, DC)
Interview
The process started with a straightforward 5-minute phone screening to assess basic qualifications. Following this initial step, I proceeded to a more in-depth interview with the program team, which provided a comprehensive overview of the role and its responsibilities. The final stage involved a meeting with the division's leadership, where I had the opportunity to discuss strategic alignment and explore how my experience and vision could contribute to the team's goals.

Interview
There was an initial phone screening with a member of the recruitment team. After passing this screening, you move on to a panel interview with relevant Program Managers. The finalists have another panel interview with leadership. But, I only went through the first panel interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International Republican Institute (Washington, DC) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process is long--maybe 4 to 5 interviews for an entry-level job.
