I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was two rounds of interviews. Both interviewers were very welcoming and shared a lot of information on the organization. Explained the role in depth including expectations and how I may align with them. It did take awhile to hear back on the status of my application.
