Straight forward online interview. Questions such as why do you want to work here, values, schedule. You speak with two people on the staff. Very friendly and relaxed overall. They ask you about schedule and hours and your previous experience working with non profits
I interviewed with IRC for a summer internship role in 2017. The interview was excellent and informative. Everyone was cordial and supportive. The internship was to support two programs: refugee/asylum applications and economic empowerment.
