It was a typical interview question: "Tell me about yourself and why you believe you're the best candidate for this position."
After this were the scenario-based questions and technical questions.
It was great and straight forward. The panel were really friendly. THe questions were straight forward. Also the interview process from the begining to the end takes about just a months

Question 1
Describe ETL process and what is the difference between data warehouse and data lake
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee in Oct 2022
Interview
First interview was with an HR officer. After 1-2 weeks, they arranged a second interview with managing supervisor and departing MEAL officer. I was not asked to complete a technical test. I got an offer after 3 weeks. Generally it felt like a slow HR process
