I got tasks via email. They were similar to something from competitive programming. They hired people from ACM ICPC competition. I just solved them and that's how I passed the interview. After that HR contacted with me and that is it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intetics (Itala) in May 2025

first call with hr, tech challenge and then review with SE, offer declined but good offer, within the market range, easy challenge, good benefits in the offer but the job is not my tipe so i declined the offer
