    Interview Questions

    • It was during last round for salary. Since you are already earning more than our upper limit, will you negotiate in that, since this is your home town?   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

I have inquired about the company and found, there is very poor management and dirty politics.
Bond is just single sided but ratio of firing people without any reason is too much high. There is no job security at all.
Even not any employee beneficiary policy.
mobile phones are not allowed. lockers & cafeteria are on third floor and worst hr and admin make you climb the stairs min. 5 times a day.
Current employees are also aggressively looking for a change but half of them are under bond, so they cannot move
