I had 2 interviews before I was given an offer, very few technical questions. Mostly standard interview questions, and a logic question to see how I think. All interviews were done through microsoft teams with 3 people conducting the interview.
Seemed like one of the interviewers didn't read my resume. I was asked some irrelevant questions about my work ethic in high school, as a person with over a decade of experience and several years as a full time college student.
I know several people who work at the company, so I asked a question about the management team that I already knew the answer to. They lied about it and tried to brush it off as me not doing my research properly, even though the issue I brought up was something that happened and had already been resolved. Should have been an easy question for them to answer honestly, but they didn't seem to want to own up to past mistakes. Huge red flag, and a major reason I decided not to accept the offer.
