When I started with this company back in 1997, the interview was initially over lunch at a casual dining restaurant. As the company grew, we had a much structured interview process that included varied testing. Testing included a typing test, customer service test, 10 key, and several others. We also asked potential employee's to take notes on one of our processes as we taught them a simple lesson then submit an outline on what they learned. This was a fantastic tool to determine if someone had the aptitude for this type of employment.
