Interview
4 rounds of interview. Each round had a skill test with the director (HR questions, OpenMP, CUDA, C++). Last round was onsite with two other directors and with the CEO.
The process starts with an online assessment. If you perform well, you move to a take-home assignment, then discuss it with the team, then discuss it with hiring manager, and then discuss it with potential teammates.
The interview includes phone screenings, technical interviews covering coding and problem-solving, and discussions with engineers and managers to assess cultural fit and compatibility with EA's values. A pretty standard interview process.
