Tuve una sola entrevista, me preguntaron acerca de mi carrera profesional, expectativas personales y salario. Se comprometieron a dar novedades durante la semana siguiente ya que estaban muy "apurados" y remarcaron la importancia de la experiencia de sus candidatos en cada proceso. Me enteré que no quedé en el proceso casi un mes y medio más tarde por un mensaje genérico y masivo. Respondí pidiendo feedback, jamás respondieron. Durante la entrevista me cuestionaron decisiones de carrera personales, no creo que sea el lugar de un reclutador hacer eso.

Very friendly interview process with the HR team and with the PMO. Had a fit interview first with HR and a case with the PMO lead later. Last interview was a sanity check with the CEO.
