There were three round in the interview process.
First two round were pure technical and last one managerial round. After that salary discuss comes. I love the process even there more than 200 people came for interview but they had many panels and for some people they had released the offer letter on the same day.

1 round - technical (core java concepts - multithreading , collection, exception handling , I/O etc)
2 round - technical ( java , spring basic concepts )
3 manager discussion - project you worked on , your expectations , you can adk questions

Two technical rounds of interview and more focused on java as well as communication skills. Once you done with first round of interview, it would be easy to crack next round but should be good in core part

I gone thorough 3 interview rounds. First was technical round over phone call. Second was technical on Video conference. Third was a techno-manager round on Video conference. After that i got a call from that i am selected. Than i joined IRIS.
