there is three round .there is two technical , one hr round. technical first round is all about core java in depth.topics covered like collections, generics, programming and sceniors questions.

Never expect the offer letter from IRIS, even if you are selected in final round until you get it .
When the HR stops responding you, you never know .
I was selected in final round but after submitting the documents, the HR stopped responding .

HR never share the right information to the candidates.
HR Said 2 Technical interview and 1 Managerial round then 1 HR round. But after clear 2 technical round again 3rd was technical round.
That is ok, but should inform clear about what and how many rounds are there and about the package, IRIS Software Interview level is 8/10 then Package offer is 5/10. So plan accordingly.
