Dropped a resume and chatted with the MOD, who then set me up with an interview with the GM.
Felt like they were making a good effort at getting a sense of the person they were looking to hire. Talked about my experience background, but also about restaurants and bars, Austin neighborhoods, hobbies, etc.

Trickiest thing for me was remembering sales details from my previous places of employment. Also the good ole question "why shouldn't we hire you..."

Interviewed with the DO, then the owners and got an email a couple of days later with an offer letter attached. Did the drug test and was hired. They never called any references.
