Phone interview followed by two onsite interviews. The process took about two weeks. The phone interview was conducted by HR. The first onsite interview was with a group of senior managers. General questions were asked. The second onsite interview was a technical.

Interview
Used referral to land interview with team lead. We had previously met and had a good relation. He certainly was transparent about his company's ideal candidate. Exchanged a few emails and then we set up a call. Regardless of the company's focus the interviewer was very professional and transparent on the reason for their choice for candidates.
