I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Itera in Jul 2022
Interview
After a introduction of themselves (the company, HR Manager and Technical Department Lead, from Slovakia) there was a description of a web project for some Scandinavian Bank. The atmosphere of the interview process was rather relaxed and warm. After around half an hour of the interview process, there was a switch to the technical assessment part, where a senior .NET engineer, asked theoretical questions - this took another 30 minutes. The interviewer was a competent engineer and friendly. The questions were mostly rather standard C#, junior and midlevel range.

Everything was smooth and I had a very good experience though I didn't get hired. In the first part I was interviewed by an HR specialist and a Project Manager and in the second part I got a simple React task to solve.
