I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Iterable (Denver, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
Streamlined, communicative, quick, honest and friendly. This was one of the most straightforward and pleasant interview experiences I've ever had. Betsy Thomas, who was my main point of contact and took me through the process start to finish, was professional, kind and encouraging.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Iterable (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with HR , spoke a little about my background and also got a better understanding of the company/role responsibilities. After the initial phone screening I had a phone interview with the sales manager, which consisted of an conversational interview for the first half, and a mock discovery call for the second half. I then had a 2 hr onsite interview with 2 Account Executives currently in the role, Sales Manager, and Director of MM Sales.
Overall the entire process was very professional and each interviewer took the time to ask me relevant questions to the position and gave me the opportunity to ask questions as well. From my experience I would definitely recommend pursuing open positions if you get the opportunity, as I think Iterable is a great company and is in the fast lane for growth in the coming years.
