I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ivanti (Bengaluru) in Dec 2024
Interview
Interview Process (5 Rounds):
Managerial Round – Discussion about project details.
Technical Screening – Basic technical evaluation.
Coding Round 1 – LeetCode Hard problem.
Coding Round 2 – Another LeetCode Hard problem.
System Design Round.
From the very first round, the manager clearly mentions that the role is support-focused, yet the interview process is structured like it's for a top-tier algorithmic engineering position. Candidates are expected to solve LeetCode Hard problems, which have little to no relevance to the actual job responsibilities.
The entire process feels misaligned with the role and unrealistic in expectations. If you don’t regularly grind LeetCode, you will struggle in the coding rounds, regardless of your actual job expertise.
Honestly, this interview is a waste of time and effort. Instead of evaluating real-world problem-solving skills, it seems designed to filter candidates out rather than assess their fit for the role. Better to invest your time and energy in companies where the interview process is actually relevant to the job.
Would not recommend going through this process unless you're specifically looking for a LeetCode-heavy interview with no alignment to the actual role. Save your time for better opportunities.

Interview Process took 4-5 Weeks
There were 4 Rounds technical 1 round was non technical
HR asked that in the final round there won't be a Technical question at the final Round
However the Director who took the final round gave a Technical Problem to solve which was not Ok
Also he gave only 10 minutes to solve the problem, post that he quickly moved on stating he has another meeting. which is completely not ok
The Interview Process is not good, Won't Recommend

and Systems Design
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ivanti (Bengaluru) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview started on a positive note, with the interviewer giving a good introduction about the company and the role. It was positioned as a Staff Engineer role, but the first round focused heavily on niche areas of application architecture and security that were not clearly aligned with my core experience in native Android development.
These topics felt more suited for a specialized application security or platform architect role. My expertise has been around using single FCM accounts and certs, so the questions felt disconnected from my core strengths.
Unfortunately, the questions were not well explained or contextualized, and the flow gave an impression that the goal was more about filtering out than having a technical discussion. While I understand the need to probe depth for a Staff role, the mismatch between the resume and expectations could have been handled better.
Also, some of the Glassdoor reviews seem right. The level of Questions does not match up with the salary range.

Question 1
JUnit/Mockito versions and limitations,
Handling multiple Firebase (FCM) accounts in a single app,
Android keystore location
Managing multiple security certificates.
There was total 4 rounds of Interview . First 3 rounds were overlap of Coding and design problem. In 4th round the architect who took my interview wanted me to design their own system in literally half and hour or so and was so frustrated for every small question I asked. May be a guy who worked in same things for so long that he forgot you are interviewing someone who is from a different world all together. Also my review is biased towards the team what I got interviewed for which was mostly India Based.
