Overall good Interview process, you can reach out to people for any questions you have, they send clear instructions and seem like a well organized company. From what I recall there were 3 steps 1. Screening on-call, talk about experiences and see if you'd fit well with the team. 2. Assessment, take-home test where you get 2 hours to complete a set of questions. 3. Final face-face interview with CTO and hiring manager. Mix of behavioural and technical questions.

The interview process at Iversoft was efficient and respectful of my time. I started by submitting an online application tailored to the role. Within a week, I was invited to a screening call with an HR recruiter, which was a casual chat about my background and the role. After that, I completed a skills challenge to showcase my abilities. Next, I had a job fit interview discussing my experience and career goals.
