Su proceso de selección es eficiente y práctico. Destacan por la experiencia que brindan al candidato desde el primer contacto y por mantener una comunicación constante y fluida. La entrevista es más una conversación donde es sencillo expresarse y conocer más de su cultura.

I only interviewed with one person and I didn’t like the approach. Got asked about age, about my personal life (if I had a partner, kids, personal interests…). Obviously I didn’t answer any of these questions and told them it is ilegal to ask these things. After 52 minutes talking about myself and when the interviewer was still asking the questions in the checklist, I asked to have more information about the position. Long story short, salary was half of my salary expectations so I withdrew myself from the process. Total waste of time.
