The interview process lasted over three months and was marked by a lack of communication between the different rounds. Although I was repeatedly told to expect updates within a week, I always had to follow up myself, sometimes after waiting up to three weeks, only to be informed by HR that they had no further information. Even after the final round, which had been sold as a mere formality, I was left waiting another three weeks for a response and had to proactively reach out again to obtain any feedback.
