Simple and straight forward. Very conversational and easy, everyone who conducts these interviews are equally professional, kind humans. They don’t ask you for references, although I’m not sure if that’s normal policy or just my interviewer’s process.
- I think I was asked about group management with kids, what kinds of projects I had ideas for, etc.

It was great. Showed up, and was asked questions about education style, hypotheticals, etc. The interviewer was really nice and friendly. Felt like a conversation. Got a tour of the facilities as well. The education staff was not very inviting and seemed miserable.
- What is your education philosophy? What would you do if there was a conflict, how would you resolve it?

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JCCSF (San Francisco, CA)
Interview process went fast, applied online, received follow-up asking for a phone interview within a week, had a 1:1 interview the day after 1:1 interview was not a good experience, I got there about ten minutes early, went to the main desk so they could let the interviewer know I had arrived, the staff could not get ahold of my contact, despite repeatedly trying every few minutes, I waited nearby in the cafe, the interviewer didn't show up until 15 minutes after the interview was scheduled for, she seemed disorganized and scatter-brained, she was preoccupied during the interview and seemed distracted, did not make good eye contact with me, even rushed the interview and told me she had to go to a yoga class at the end
- How familiar are you with Jewish culture and customs?
