I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at JCPenney (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
It took 15 mins. I got called a day after I applied online (it was the middle of November so they needed as many people for holiday season). She told me about the different teams and let me choose which one I preferred. We did the background check and I got a call the same day and they asked me to come in to sign the paperwork. She told me I would get a call about orientation and this is the only thing I have to complain about regarding the interview process. I never got a call and she blamed me for it. She said I should have reminded her about it cause she has over 100 new employees yet I was the only person that did not get a call regarding the orientation.
