In the first interview, a panel of seasoned ORC field investigators asked me a series of questions about personality assessment and ability demonstrations. In the second interview, a senior ORC field investigator asked me ability demonstration questions and qualification determination questions, then he gave me a summary of the job responsibilities. In the third interview, a regional asset protection manager went over my job history, emphasized the responsibilities of the new role, and asked me several behavioral questions. In the fourth and last interview, I spoke to the Director of Asset Protection. She went over the field investigator role that I was interviewing for. She then asked me behavior prediction questions and industry knowledge demonstration questions. In summary, from the screening interview to the last interview, there was a well-organized smooth transition.
