Standard recruitment interviews, do an actual recruitment call following a script, and then you need to do a presentation for about 4 of their employees. The presentation focuses on compliance and risk.

3 interview stages. First is an introductory phone call with a talent acquisition consultant, second is a video call with a manager of a team and the third is an in person interview.
