JK Capital interview questions

Overall process was swift and usual questions were asked... BUT: 1) Hiring manager asked me if I'm going to get married soon because the person left the role to get married, so they want to hire someone who's not going to marry anytime soon. 2) He didn't know what was a certain company (Filipino FMCG Company that's in the top 3) 3) He was hesitant to hire me for the role because of my lack of experience and said "You're Cum Laude *naman*, right?" (but I'm not, so he was hesitant and disappointed and it seemed to me he felt torn) YET position only pays 16,000. That's a big rip off for a Cum Laude graduate, lest an experienced employee. 4) HR said my asking salary (P20,000) was too high for a fresh graduate. (Take note, other companies pay at least P20K for fresh grads) 5) Finance Manager (one of the owners) asked me if I can do the job. Basically felt a bit humiliated.
