First round was shortlisting based on scores, then written was held by the company. After that, interview took place. And finally the offer letter had been given to the selected candidates

It was overall nice experience. HR was present alongwith production head and marketing head. There were more of HR questions than technical. The interviewer also shared their experience and asked why do I look for this profile.

Interview
It was hr and technical mixed interview. Basically a day long process which includes 1 hour written technical questions which includes all the basics of chemical engineering. The interview was perfect combination of technical and hr based questions. Generally they judge your confidence and the way you deliver your answers. All you need is good general knowledge of basic chemical engineering which would suffice.
