JL Darling interview questions

The process was an initial phone call. Asked me a couple of preliminary questions, let me know the scope of job and indicated they would follow up for next steps. Received an email and it indicated they were reviewing notes and they would follow up in a week. In a week I received a thanks but no thanks email..... interesting since I was NEVER formally interviewed. The initial call was a quick question phone call and an outline about the job.... never indicated initially it was a “formal” interview...
