A very frustrating interview process. Including HR interviews, I had four separate interviews, in addition to a case study. Then nothing. I understand that not every candidate can receive a response, but it is incredibly unprofessional to require a case study and then ghost a candidate. To an outsider, this is a classic "we are all family here" recruitment line, then you get a look under the hood at how people are treated and you question the narrative.
