Interviewed with a shift lead, then a GM. GM was very dry, did not show much personality. Interview was easy. I asked if she had any reservations or concerns about my experience or me being a fit for this position, she responded and said no. Told me that it was a great interview. Followed up over the next few days by email (we were previously communicating in an email thread). She never responded. I received an auto rejection email days later. Very unprofessional.

they will call for your references. Training is intense. opportunities to move to management is there and possible. people also transfer around to different stores so if you're moving that is nice.
