The actual interview last a period of 20 minutes, briefly when over my work history. Asked why did I think should be selected over other candidates. Went over my work knowledge of the financial institutions and experience working with outside contractors, investors,etc,. Lastly informed someone would get back to me if I was an candidate.

Second round manager was selecting only women. I and my female friend who has very poor mortgage knowledge got selected. I answered everything still I wasnt selected. All managers in JP Morgan Chase are womenisor.

Phone interview, followed by in person interview. The HR called several weeks later with an offer. They sounded very scripted and flat out stated that the salary is not negotiable.
