Initial screening plus 2 interviews. The first interview was very pleasant, with the senior leader and the manager of the role. The second interview was with the person who the role would be replacing.

The process was speedy and efficient, with friendly people. Two interviews, with the final interview including a presentation of previous work and a take-home assignment, followed by a couple of one-on-ones with team members.
