Was very specific to the sector of operation, skills were undervalued throughout. Interviewers had a predetermined mindset rather an open to talent expression criteria for selection. Wasn't very welcoming to experiences gained in other sectors.
The interviews were going well, and I really liked the team members I had spoken to until the fourth round... The interviewer was hostile from the get-go, was monotone and robotic and I felt like they hated their job or had a bad day and took it out on the interviewee.

How would you train a RAG system to work with huge amounts of documents
Extremely unprofessional recruiters and team. I interviewed with the digital intelligence team. At no point in the whole interview process the interviewers introduced themselves. Did not even let me ask a single question about anything.
The recruiter was extremely unprofessional as well. Asked me if I had kids and family and very personal questions.
I backed out of the interview and suggest everyone to not interview with them and save their time and energy.
