JR Hobbs Mechanical Contractor interview questions

Didn't progress past 30-minute screening and survey completions. Informed on next steps which included needing to complete a couple Profile Index assessments and from there the HR Team would select who to invite for a 2-hour in-person interview. Employer/hiring manager reply was slow but at least it finally occurred.

I first worked with a recruiter who was doing a direct hire. I then had an over the phone interview that went very well. The lady who interviewed me said she was forward my resume on and that the next week I would have an onsite interview. Over 3 weeks go by. The recruiter heard nothing other than they were busy. When I left another voicemail to see if they were still scheduling interviews, I was informed the position was filled. The recruiters and I had no contact or knowledge of this and the lack of communication was very unprofessional.
