J Williams Staffing offers a smooth interview and hiring process. I applied online and not even a week later, I get a call from Victoria, the VP. The call was fantastic and she was very knowledgable and approachable. She gets to know you on a deeper level and your experiences by asking questions about yourself, your sales experiences, and why you want to work with them. After the phone interview, we schedule a face to face call and went over basic questions like goals and common sense questions on how to handle situations in real estate especially new build safety.
