I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jacksons Food Stores (Kuna, ID) in Dec 2015
Interview
I interviewed online with some brief questions and my resume. I was called shortly after, just 2 days later, at which point in time we arranged an interview a few days later. I went and was asked some easy questions about previous job performance and got the job. Few days later I went to job training which lasted for 3 days, about 7 hours; where we learned the basics of working for Jackson's and got some practice working a cash register and speaking with customers. We then were given a website to study how to handle food safely and had to pass a quick online test with unlimited retries. After passing it and finishing training, I started my first day a few days later. Over the next 2 weeks, I was taken by various members of management and my team step-by-step to learn how to do my job.
