      Interview

I applied online. And then I was arranged with the interviewer to have a phone interview. It lasted about 30 minutes, and the talk was easy-going and casual. They asked about my works and some basic knowledge of their works as well and some general questions about social games and mobile games.

      Interview

Applied online and was contacted the following day with an e-mail to complete a design test. I completed the design test and 3 days later spoke with the person doing the hiring on the phone, who then requested I come in for an on-site interview. The interview lasted about 3 hours and I met with 5-6 people on after the next. Two days later I was offered the position.

      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jam City (Beverly Hills, CA) in Dec 2014

      Interview

After two phone interviews one with the lead designer and the next with the producer, I was asked to come in for a level design test. I wasn't given much time to complete two levels, but I did my best. After that, I gave a presentation to the development team laying out some ideas I had for new mechanics, obstacles and features that could be implemented into the game. The team was very receptive to my input and some of it actually WAS used in the game's development.
