I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jamba (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Straightforward, efficient interview! Felt more like a conversation than an interview, and my interviewer was also informative about company culture and what my working situation would be. Overall quality interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a bit about yourself
Why do you want to work at Jamba
And then just some other questions about availability and just gauging if I'd be a good fit for a customer service position/if I'd ever done anything shift lead-esque.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Jamba
Interview
Easy going, Felt like a conversation. The questions asked about efficiency and what to do during a busy time frame. Overall, they described the job criteria and what their core values were and how I as the interviewee, am able to follow those values
Quite easy, you do need to study certain key terms that are provided. Only one interview with district manager. Only need to pass once, if you fail you can take it again.
Very easy! Basic questions about transportation, hours available through the entire week, and situational on the job questions. It is less nerve wracking than other interviews that I have been on
