First a circular is circulated in dailies, official website & other websites which assists to seek for jobs. If a candidate fulfills all the requirements, s/he has issues a pay-order favoring the bank. Then comes the digital application phase. During filling the digital application form the pay information regarding the pay order, i.e. the amout, issuing date & bank's along with branch's name has to be filled. After that the candidate will be issued an admit card which s/he will have to preserve for future. A coloured copy of the admit card will be required to sit for the exam which will include two parts- MCQ & Written which is undertaken by IBA or BIBM. After calculating the aggregate score in both parts, only short listed candidates who have topped are called to attend a viva-voce. After screening through the viva-voce, a few lucky & eligible candidates are advised to go through a medical test. If the report is satisfactory, then the candidate is offered the job.
