it was a straightforwards experience with the hr answer and question on team work communication ask leadership and I was verified the whole process and it was not a hard choice to make
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jana (Universal City, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
In-person interview and kinda tough. Conference room across from 2-3 people. Feels very soulless, just going through the motions for them. interviewers are NOT warm, welcoming, or personable whatsoever. Feels more like a firing squad than a job interview. Some technical questions with feigned interest. They will try to sell you on the benefits but will avoid talking about pay because it is well below the average for a technical writer (I was quoted as $17-$20 [circa 2025] - you gotta be kidding me on this one) They will ghost you.
