Interview
I submitted my application through the company's online portal and subsequently scheduled a virtual interview via Zoom for the following Monday. During the interview, I perceived a lack of seriousness on the interviewer's part concerning the discussion of my qualifications. Despite my readiness to discuss the position in detail, the interviewer focused solely on my background and failed to provide me with sufficient information about the role. Consequently, I concluded that my chances of being selected for the position were slim. Subsequently, I visited the company's LinkedIn page and observed that it lacked diversity.
