Step 1: Orientation program
Step 2: Group Discussion
Step 3: HR Interview
Step 4: Telephonic Interview
Step 5: Final Personal Interview Conducted by VP- Sales.
STEP 1,2,3 in same day and STEP 4 after a week of STEP 3 is over and STEP 5 after two weeks of STEP 4 gets over and Final results with in couple of days or a week maximum once STEP 5 gets over.

Interview
The interview process is quite simple. In the first step they shortlist your resume and they did telephonic interview with you. The HR asked me to give my introduction, educational qualification, why I want to sales&marketing, diff between sales and marketing etc. the final step involves a online interview which conducted through Google meet. In the online interview, they asked me introduce myself, why sales, about jaro education and about my strengths and weakness.

Hr round is more personal
Two round interview process is here. One simple HR round.another round is with business head or branch manager. If you are MBA passout and have several work experience. It is very easy to get selected
