Step 1: Orientation program
Step 2: Group Discussion
Step 3: HR Interview
Step 4: Telephonic Interview
Step 5: Final Personal Interview Conducted by VP- Sales.
STEP 1,2,3 in same day and STEP 4 after a week of STEP 3 is over and STEP 5 after two weeks of STEP 4 gets over and Final results with in couple of days or a week maximum once STEP 5 gets over.
