Javelin Technologies interview questions

The interview process was straight forward and pleasant. The first interview was with an HR representative and was more general while also determining overall suitability. This was very professional and simple. The second interview was with the engineering manager and went into much more detail and questions related to the role and my past experience. As I had a lot of relevant experience, the conversation flowed very well, and I didn't run into any difficult questions that I wasn't prepared for. The manager was very clear and professional. This interview helped me to understand if this role was a good fit for me while also giving me an opportunity to share my strengths. My follow-up experience with HR was professional and communication was clear and straight-forward for the rest of the process.

Hiring manager said in word I would receive an offer this coming week. Called me within the next few days saying they gave the job to someone else. Can’t trust what people say apparently.
