Interview
The interview process is pretty much the same that you get that you apply for online. The lady had the actual sheet of paper from the website, asking questions that were very hard to expand and answer. Even when I asked for anything else specific she wanted it was so...bland? It was a sit down 1 on 1 interview that was quite informal, although it's like she wasn't even listening to my answers.

Sat me down and had a form with four to five questions to fill out, took about 10 minutes. Asked If I had any questions to ask, I said no which was probably why I wasn't hired.

Interview
I had a 5-10 minute phone call with someone from the recruitment team. I was asked basic questions about why I wanted to work for jay jays and given an availability form to fill out before the group interview. I was then invited to have a group video interview.
