Jaycon Systems interview questions

Applied online via Indeed. Got an email within a week. The first interview is not a typical interview. You are given some puzzles and objects to solve. This is to see how differently you approach a problem. Before this I was given a questionnaire that had different basic mathematics and logical questions, it is timed. Basically, to see how creative you think in an allotted period of time. After the questionnaire was a brief interview. It was basically an introduction to the company and to see the problem solving skills using puzzles and objects.

Informal, confortable. I sat in one of the bosses office. Got asked a few behavioral questions. Had to do a short test. They are very nice and kind people. I would have been happy to work there.
