I applied online. I interviewed at Jeffrey Campbell
Interview
The interview was a three to four step process. It was a video interview that lasted 30 minutes with a recruiter. Then I did the second interview with their Director who told me more about the role and responsibilities and essentially she would be my manager. After I finished that interview I was told that there was a project that was required which was TIK TOKS to film and I filmed and sent my TIK TOKS. They loved them so I was told by the recruiter that I would be going to the third and final interview. The interview had to be in person and they were they persistent on it. I had no problem with that at all and they wanted me in the office days after I sent those videos. I did the interview and it was with the Director, and a recruiter and another lady they didn't even bother to introduce me to. WEIRD. The interview went fine and thought it went well but they kept alluding to having to 0 to no work life balance and doing a lot since they are a very small team. They were adding responsibilities that weren't even in the job description but of course was willing to be a team player! The interview ended and said they would be in touch and let me know they are looking to hire quickly. Of course, I wrote a thank you note to them and they let a week go by and no response from them. I followed back up again after a week and nothing. THEY completely GHOSTED. They make you go all the way to the office to meet and interview you just to GHOST YOU! They don't even have the decency to say thank you for coming all the way to their office or even email an update. Please avoid this company and culture as they don't care about you as they have been saying that they do. Don't work here, they try to sell you a culture and dynamic that is farther from the truth. They can't even have the decency to reply and make you do a project and go all the way over to office for nothing!
I had an interview via Zoom, It only lasted about 20-30 mins. Both people who interviewed me were very pleasant to talk with. I got an email about a second in-person interview 1.5 weeks later.
