Job posting was not very well written and unclear in what they were looking for. Was told to complete an aptitude test with ACT type questions and then was scheduled for a 45 min interview with a "talent acquisition specialist" who was a recent college graduate and had not even worked at the company for a full year. They grilled me about my GPA, every extracurricular I had participated in and my choice in colleges. I have never been bombarded with so many questions in a first round interview for an entry level, low paying position. The job also doesn't even have an office space and employees are expected to work 100 percent remotely. One positive was that they got back to me with updates in my application quickly and didn't try to waste my time in that sense. Told me to "keep in touch for future roles," which felt ridiculous considering this was an entry level role covering multiple different skillsets. If I don't fit into the company culture now and so early early in the interview process, why would I fit in at any point in the future? Really do not appreciate when recruiters use language like this in their rejection letters because it's very insincere.
