Jersey General Hospital interview questions

I recently interviewed for the Rotational Physiotherapist position at Jersey General Hospital, and I must say that the entire process was rather disappointing. The interview was conducted by 4 professionals in within the Physiotherapy department. Despite it not being a requirement, the interview was extremely specific and detailed. The questions asked were technical and demanded very specific answers, which was in contrast to the absence of such requirements in the job posting. I answered all the questions comprehensively, accurately, and specifically, as noted during the post-interview feedback I received 15 days later. However, my application was rejected without any satisfactory explanation. The reason for rejection was simply that my "respiratory skills” were not sufficient, an extremely vague and incomprehensible remark. This is despite my 10 years of experience in various areas of physiotherapy, linguistic skills, and adaptability to new challenges. I expected a more transparent and fair selection process, and the lack of a proper explanation for my rejection was disappointing. A greater respect for the time and effort I invested in this selection process would have been appreciated.
