Interview
First round is personal interview. They ask you about yourself. They also check your grooming. You have to be confident to get through the first round. Also, your skin should be clear with no pimple marks.
Easy but clear requirements of excellent communication
3 rounds - one was a GD and final with VP
Took abt 2 months for the entire process to complete . Competition level was high
Group discussion about one self,face to face interview regarding family and background, height check and weight check and finally the round with the human resources manager about the salary package
One day, 4 rounds, second day 5th round with senor management.Difficultly level rises at each round. one GD, one HR one senior magnet round. Lots of qna takes place. grooming is very important too. look presentable.
