Interview
One interview, about 30 minutes. In person at dealership. Was offered job directly after and did onboarding with HR the same day. Started job with Koons the same week I did the interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jim Koons Automotive Companies (Silver Spring, MD) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online, invited for interview via e-mail the following day. Very unprofessional; did not feel welcome there. Front desk managers did not greet me. Did not ask for my name to tell the person I was meeting with, instead told them that "(ethnicity)race" kid is here to see you. The person that called me in for the interview was not available to meet with me till the end of her lunch break (approx 2 hrs). I had to refill out an application by paper and was then passed on to a another manager. Waited another 30 minutes for the manager to finish up a sale to only then ask me 5 basic questions. Told me he would get back to me by next week and never got a call back.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jim Koons Automotive Companies (Annapolis, MD) in May 2015
Interview
Easy, semi formal. Took the time to get to know you, and preferred honesty over "standard answers." Was asked to sit for a second interview with a second sales manager the same day.
