It was a 1-on-1 interview with me and the manager. They reintroduced themselves and asked me to have a seat. Asked about my work history and why I was interested in the job. Asked when I was available. When the interview was done they said they would call me.

If you were to see someone stealing, would you tell them to stop or would you get a manager?
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
